As of Thursday, the 31st of May 2018, eight of the thirteen security cameras at Bridge City are fully operational. A live feed is being monitored 24/7 from the control room within the Bridge City Mall, which will allow for proactive guarding and faster response time. The project is on track to be completed by mid-June with all thirteen cameras being in operation. This initiative was spearheaded by the Effingham Development Joint Venture, which consists of both partners and developers for the area and the BCMA board.
