About Bridge City
Located 17km from the Durban city centre, Bridge City integrates the communities of Phoenix, Inanda, Ntuzuma and KwaMashu (PINK areas), linking them into the urban system and covers a total area of 60 hectares with the total floor area of the development being 725 000m2 of bulk.
A catalyst for economic growth and the empowerment of surrounding communities, the new town of Bridge City serves as the social and commercial centre to an area housing a population of over 800 000 people, who now have greater access to work, travel, shopping and business opportunities.
