On Monday the 14th of September 2020, reaction officers were approached by a member of the public who indicated that she was just robbed of her cellphone on Iqola Road. The officers gave chase and managed to apprehend one of the two suspects. The suspect was then handed over to SAPS. Unfortunately, the apprehended suspect was not in possession of the stolen cellphone and the suspect that fled still had the cellphone. We are hopeful that the apprehended suspect will help direct SAPS to recover the phone.
