October saw significant municipal activity in Bridge City, with several infrastructure repairs and upgrades underway across the precinct.
A major sewer pipe upgrade commenced on Torvale Crescent during October and remained in progress at month-end.
Further sewer infrastructure upgrades also continued at the lower platform, making wastewater infrastructure one of the municipality’s key areas of activity in the precinct during the month.
Water, Streetlight and Fencing Repairs Progress
Municipal teams also attended to a range of maintenance and service delivery requirements, including:
- Water infrastructure repairs
- Streetlight repairs
- Municipal fencing repairs
- Grass cutting on municipal land
Lower Platform Remains a Focus Area
The lower platform continued to see significant activity during October, with construction progressing alongside infrastructure improvements, municipal grass cutting, fencing repairs and general site maintenance.
