Maintenance teams have been actively deployed across the precinct. Key focus areas included:

- Stormwater drain cleaning
- Grass cutting operations along Iqola Road and the areas opposite the Bridge City Shopping Centre
Tackling Illegal Dumping
Targeted efforts were also made to address illegal dumping on the lower platform, with teams carrying out thorough clean-up operations.

The precinct recorded no criminal incidents during the reporting period across both private properties and public open spaces.
