There are 2 major projects currently under development in the Bridge City Precinct, both very exciting for the immediate area and greater communities too. The most recent update from the developers is as follows:
- The 500 bed provincial Dr Pixley Ka Isaka Seme Memorial Hospital along Bhejane Road is scheduled for completion end November 2019
- The Hlengwa & Zulu Development of a Petrol Filling Station at the corner of Nkunzana Road and Bridge City Boulevard is scheduled for completion in the last week of June 2019
