Last week was an exciting one in Bridge City as Calgro M3 Rectification broke ground at Ptn 159 of ERF 8, the precinct’s very first residential-only development. Calgro M3 Rectification purchased 16 598 square meters of bulk for fully bonded residential units and plans to build five blocks with 356 units comprising one and two bedroom units. The contractor started clearing the site preparing it for construction last week and the project is scheduled for completion 15 months from now.
