Last weekend a BCMA CCTV controller was able to find a suspect involved in stealing a vehicle radio by promptly reviewing CCTV camera footage after being alerted by a member of the public.
The suspect was seen on CCTV footage closing the sliding door of the vehicle he had stolen the radio from and was later seen on site again by the CCTV cameras. The suspect was apprehended and handed over to the KwaMashu SAPS.
The BCMA CCTV cameras proved to be an asset to the precinct yet again.
