Last week, our management team delved into a “back to basics” site inspection with our Head of Southern Operations, to remind cleaning and greening teams on the ground to be attentive and take care of the little things that are within our control. The result of the inspection was a new work schedule being implemented and a rotation of the teams occasionally.
