Cleaning, Greening and Maintenance

Throughout July, BCMA’s cleaning, greening and maintenance teams continued to deliver the routine work that keeps the precinct clean, presentable and functional for businesses, commuters and visitors.

Clean and Green: 830 Refuse Bags in July

A total of 830 refuse bags were used during the month as teams carried out ongoing litter collection and precinct cleaning activities. Regular cleaning programmes and verge and hedge maintenance remained in place across the precinct. This month, our maintenance teams:

  • Cut verges along key routes
  • Trimmed trees on Iqola Road
  • Trimmed hedges on Bridge City Boulevard
  • Maintained flower beds near the court precinct

Supporting Municipal Infrastructure Projects

In addition to routine maintenance work, BCMA teams continued to support municipal infrastructure projects taking place throughout the precinct during the month. This included maintaining areas surrounding active projects and ensuring public spaces remained neat and accessible while upgrades progressed.
