We have received an update from eThekwini Water and Sanitation regarding challenges at the Durban Heights Water Treatment Plant. As of last night, the plant has reduced the quantity of water being treated due to operational issues.
In response, the Municipality will implement demand reduction measures across all nodes supplied by Durban Heights. This may result in intermittent water supply within affected areas.
