Repairs are <strong>expected to be completed by Thursday, 8 October 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The technical failure has reduced incoming bulk water supply to eThekwini by approximately 50 megalitres per day. Bridge City is listed among the affected areas supplied through the Northern Aqueduct.<\/p>\n<p>BCMA members and stakeholders are urged to <strong>use water sparingly, avoid unnecessary use, and refrain from wastage<\/strong> while repairs are underway.
