It is also about the everyday experience of the people within it. For others, it is influenced by managing a property portfolio, overseeing staff, visiting clients, or simply enjoying a safe, clean and well-maintained environment. Understanding what is working well is just as valuable as identifying areas that require continued attention. A business owner may view it through the lens of operational efficiency, a property owner may consider long-term investment confidence, while an employee may place greater importance on safety, accessibility and the quality of the environment they experience every day.
