Weed Control and Soil on the Road

Green Africa along with the Bridge City Management Association have attended to the soil along the road. Due to the intermittent rains soil had washed up onto the road. The weeds in all the hard surface areas were sprayed and removed. The roads have been swept and free of soil.

Verges Maintained

Effective 01 October 2017, the BCMA has extended the cleaning and landscaping services to cover the M25 On and Off ramps and maintenance of verges on the lower platform. Green Africa, is the BCMA appointed landscaping, cleaning and maintenance company and it is with their help that this Urban Space is kept clean and tidy.

Removal of Graffiti

The BCMA maintenance team are keeping busy to ensure a maintained and well kept urban space. Graffiti at the half diamond Bridge and Nkunzana rd on the BRT wall was painted over as an effort to restore and maintain the Bridge City space.

Road Signs Replaced

The BCMA maintenance team recently replaced 20 road signs that were blown away by the heavy winds, along BC Boulevard, Nogwaja and Nkunzana Road.
