Torvale Crescent gets resurfaced

Last week the eThekwini Municipality Roads Department resurfaced a section of Torvale Crescent that was in need of new tar. The area wasn’t in great condition and is looking much better after the resurfacing. A big thank you to the municipal teams for their efforts.

Developments in Bridge City going well

On the development side of things in the precinct, there are positive reports out of all sites, as the various teams indicated that they were all still on track with their schedules.

All goes well with the development side of Bridge City

On the construction side, we received positive reports from all our sites. This month the BCMA team also conducted a site handover on ERF 12 in the Bridge City Business Estate. The construction will be one of the smaller developments in the precinct and we envisage the project will take approximately 10 months to complete.…

An clean and maintained precinct

Green Africa had a productive month continuing with their scheduled maintenance. They placed more emphasis on litter picking efforts around the precinct with the wind and increased foot traffic both contributing factors to large amounts of debris collecting in certain areas.

McDonalds Drive-Thru open in Bridge City

We would also like to send a very warm welcome to the McDonalds Drive-Thru which is now open, and we wish them all the best in the precinct. We look forward to the increased foot and vehicle traffic this new addition to the precinct will bring. Look out for the McDonald’s at the BP Station.

Metro Police presence in Bridge City

During the week the Metro police conducted stop-and-go checks and issued tickets to vehicle owners parked illegally throughout the precinct in a bid to regulate the ongoing illegal parking issue. We thank Metro for taking a proactive stand in our precinct.

Health Systems Trust (HST) mobile clinic returns to the precinct

We are delighted to report that the Health Systems Trust (HST) mobile clinic returned to the precinct this month. The team provides much-needed service of a day clinic and usually visits the precinct twice a week to conduct vital essential services such as HIV/Aids testing, and circumcision booking amongst other services.
