The teams concentrated on revitalizing the flower beds in the bridge city precinct, which involved soil cultivation and the removal of withered leaves and litter. Green Africa had a productive month continuing with their scheduled maintenance. They placed more emphasis on litter picking efforts around the precinct with the wind and increased foot traffic both contributing factors to large amounts of debris collecting in certain areas.

Green Africa takes Silver Award of Excellence at the SALI Awards

Green Africa deserve a special mention for winning a Silver Award of Excellence at the South African Landscapers Institute (SALI) Awards held earlier this month.  This award was received for the excellent work done by them on the Mpact Recycling site in the Landscape Design and Construction.
